I set up two accounts for my children to join some online courses. Somehow (probably during set-up), the accounts have become linked and both courses show on one child's profile instead of one each, and if i try to login to the other child's account it just takes me to the first one. The course provider has tried emailing course invites separately, and they came through to the wrong email addresses. Both accounts have separate emails and passwords.
I'm guessing I need to delete both accounts to start again, but I've tried twice now to go through the Report A Problem Function and request help, and had nothing more than an automated response.
Is there anyone at Canvas to help??
