I just wonder if this is by design, that observers can't view Canvas studio videos with quizzes, when the video is embedded in a page.  No problem viewing a studio video that doesn't have a quiz. They see a Media Not Found error.

Is this a bug? I can't find a mention of observer role and Canvas studio media.  Our observers all have official Canvas accounts.  They don't seem to have permission to view.
