Hello,
I originally created a Free-for-Teacher Canvas account using Google Sign-In with a personal email address, so I never set a password. Later, I added my school email to that account so I could log in on school Chromebooks, since they only allow sign-in with school accounts.
However, when I tried to log in with my school email on a school Chromebook, it created a completely new Canvas account instead of giving me access to my original one.
I’d like help with two things:
Setting a password for my original account so I can log in without using Google Sign-In.
Deleting the duplicate account that was created using my school email.
Is there any way someone could assist with this?
