Having Problems Viewing Class

On 09/13 I noticed when I logged in to my account that I either get a lock symbol which means I do not have access to anything in Canvas or I open a blank page with no content. I have tried

- resetting my password 3 times 

- reaching out to my professor - not very responsive 

- contacting IT at the college I attend - no help b/c they don't have access to the program

- clearing my cookies 

I need help please I am very concerned that I will fail the course I am taking since I am not able to do assignments.
