I have a BA and an MA in German literature. I taught first- and second-year German as a grad student, and also taught English language and film courses at Japanese universities.
I made a career change, studied information management and worked as a business systems analyst for about ten years. An opportunity arose at Oregon State University where I could blend my academic and IT backgrounds.
I'm managing the transition to Canvas here at Oregon State University, and I love my job.
