I was born and raised in MN. After high school I worked many different jobs before deciding to go to trade school for computers and became a technical support technician then a manager for a call center in MN. I eventually joined the military for a little over 4 years. In that time I got stationed in WA and stayed here. I continued my education and starting working for Pierce College in 2006 doing IT support for our JBLM campus. When we switched to Canvas I started supporting it becoming the admin. I am also part of our state board eLearning council.
