I come to instructional design for online learning via many adventuresome paths - and I am grateful for that – life should never be boring! Quality management, people processes, team assessment and improvement, and then online learning and design. These chapters in work have taken me from Michigan across the nation and even to China. Helping people learn and retain that learning in an engaging and fun way is also fun work. I’m currently pursuing a certification in performance improvement, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
