I have a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Weber State University, and over 3 years of experience in the education technology industry. Before joining Instructure as a Customer Success Manager, I worked as Project Manager for Volunteer projects at the Utah Food Bank, providing necessary items and food to the community. I have developed skills in process improvement, cross-departmental communication, and training, which enable me to deliver high-quality service and solutions to my clients.
