Yes, please develop a native search function in Canvas. This is the number one complaint we hear from students using Canvas - why can't they search? External tool options are expensive when this should be part of the LMS itself.

We just started using the grade passback woth PowerSchool this school year and not having the missing tag sync has been a big frustration for our teachers.

We've experienced this as well and also find it to be sporadic which has made it difficult for Canvas support to replicate.

We've been having the same issues for weeks with a few random students in a course not able to open a Google Cloud assignment. I'm told by our CSM that engineers are working on it, but since it is so random they aren't able to easily replicate. Be sure to open a case with Canvas support - I'm told the more reports they receive of the problem the higher priority it receives.

We also have been experiencing random students not able to access Google cloud assignments. If you have not yet opened a case with Canvas support, please do so as I was told that they prioritize issues based on the number of support cases they receive.

We are new to Canvas, just launching over the summer. We have been hesitant to set up the PowerSchool grade passback since our CSM has been unable to provide a single contact at any other school district that we could talk to first to discuss how well it is working for them. I found this thread and it sounds like the passback is still buggy. Would you advise holding off on it for now? We will be upgrading to PS11 in November - is anyone already using the grade passback with PS11? Thanks!
