I am an adjunct instructor in the Department of Economics at the University of Missouri (Columbia), where I teach health economics and public finance. My primary position if Policy Research Manager in the Center for Insurance Policy and Research at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. I also hold an affiliate position as Education Assistant Professor of Population Health at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. I hold a BA and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Tennessee.
