Bio:
I love my family and have a passion for technology education. I work for Virginia Beach City Public Schools and am currently a Coordinator for Instructional Technology in the Department of Teaching and Learning. I have worked as an Instructional Specialist for STEM & Innovation, Computer Resource Specialist, and Technology Education teacher. I love working with both students and teachers to not only affect change but shape how teachers educate today’s learners. I have a Bachelors of Science in Technology Education from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from Old Dominion University. I feel the heart of learning starts with inquiry and believe all students can learn when given the right opportunities. I live a constant life of adventure trying to keep up with my amazing wife and twice teenage girls.
