Bio:
Katie is a Customer Success Manager for Impact. She has a Master of Arts degree in Communication & Advocacy Studies from James Madison University. Prior to moving into edtech, she was an instructor of communication and writing at several American and Dutch universities. She approaches much of her edtech work from a practitioner's lens and loves helping people build strategic plans for their edtech tools. In addition to all things edtech, she is a lover of communication theory, and diversity & inclusion work.

As an EesySoft customer I would like to be able to control the basic appearance of the Support Center. This would entail setting a primary and secondary color and setting the font.
