Marcus Vu has worked in K-12 Public Education and Higher Education for over 10 years as a classroom/online teacher, curriculum subject matter expert in world languages, central office administrator, and principal of a full-time online school. At Fulton County Schools, Marcus led efforts to adopt effective online learning practices and systems integrations that meet the needs of students and educators. As a result, the district improved their online programs which resulted in higher pass rates and enrollments in online courses. Marcus attended Rollins College earning a bachelor of arts in music and a master of liberal studies concentrating in ancient literature. He finished his formal education at the University of Central Florida earning an education doctorate in curriculum and instruction. Marcus has presented at iNACOL Symposium, ISTE Summer Learning Academy, ISTE Live, and the Digital Learning Annual Conference on online program management, blended instructional strategies, and engaging students.
