Ms. Holcomb has served Lynn University as an Instructional Designer since September, 2013. She has over fifteen years of experience in higher education. Ms Holcomb has instructor experience both online and in the classroom. Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Fairmont State University with specializations in Computer Science in Education and Library Science and Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Lynn University. She has also received certification in Quality Matters course evaluation and as an Institutional Representative. Ms. Holcomb is a Certified Blackboard Trainer and Exemplary Course Reviewer.
