As an Instructional Technologist at Texas State Technical College (TSTC) since January 2021, I have been applying my interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and written communication skills to support the online learning and teaching environment. With a background in special education and teaching, and a passion for artistry, I have a unique perspective and skill set that enables me to create engaging and accessible instructional materials and courses for diverse learners and instructors. My mission is to share my knowledge and experience with others, and to help them achieve their educational and professional goals. I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies, and to collaborate with my colleagues and clients. I hold an insurance agent license, a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, and a certification in UX Design and Project Management.
