Tim Arnold is in his 8th year as a District eLearning Specialist with the Richmond Community Schools. Prior to that, he spent 26 years as a social studies teacher, coach, and educational leader at Nettle Creek Schools in Hagerstown. Tim, was selected as a top ten educator in the State of Indiana and has presented at ISTE, ICE, CanvasCon, InstructureCon, and HECC. Tim also serves as a digital learning coach for Keep Indiana Learning and is a HECC Board Member. Tim was recently honored as a IU School of Education Jacobs Award Winner, the Candice Dodson Award, and as the RCS Secondary Teacher of the Year. Tim and his wife Julie, a former “rock-star” 6th grade science teacher and current guidance counselor, are graduates of Indiana University (BS ‘90) and Ball State University (MA ‘97), and have two children, Kelsie, a UX Designer with Aloompa and Nick, a Plant Manager with Keystone Cooperative.
