I’m Loujayna (everybody calls me Jay), part of Instructure’s EMEA Customer Success team. I work with our amazing customers across the in the MENA and central Europe to help them get the most out of Canvas—whether it’s finding creative solutions, setting up best practices, or just making sure the ecosystem works exactly how they need it to. In my spare time, you’ll often find me at the gym or curled up with a great book. I’m passionate about what I do, dedicated to delivering my best, and always ready to go the extra mile. I believe that when people are inspired and motivated, they can achieve incredible things — and even make history.
