I am a proud Louisville native with a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of Louisville. I formerly taught as English faculty with the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Croix and Morehead State University. I kept my toes in the online teaching and innovative instruction waters through my seven faculty years, including becoming a certified Quality Matters peer reviewer. I am especially interested in innovative teaching around experiential education, adaptive learning, and supporting faculty who are interested in saying "yes" to trying new teaching initiatives.
