Its really strange, we tried everything but no luck and couldn't find anyone who has had a similar issue.
We are using the free version to pilot Canvas, so teachers are creating their own accounts.

Hello, yes they are - 4 teachers create a course, 2 don't show google drive/office 365 and the other 2 do..
