I will call Support. This is videos in H.264 format that the students have exported from Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro. They are uploading them to the assignment using the Media function.

This semester, some students have had trouble getting video files to upload on assignments (beyond size issues). Sometimes they get them to upload, but I then need to download them, rather than watching them within Canvas, as I have done in the past. (Some are still having success but we haven't figured out what's making the difference.) Lastly, unlike past semesters, I've been unable to use the function that allows me to post comments directly onto the video as I watch it. As they start posting drafts of their final projects, it would be incredibly helpful to me to be able to grade in this way. Any advice? Thanks much!
