Hey @jbuchholz , We also were having this issue but have managed to figure out this little quirk! It appears that any laptop/computer that has touch screen capabilities is forcing the browser to load the 'mobile' version of the website. In this case, the mobile version of the website doesn't support the Webcam recording option. I've reported this to Instructure and the crew replicate the issue. They have escalated but of course, these things will take time! The workaround in the meantime is to disable your touchscreen functionality... but if you're anything like me, I'll just deal. I'm all about the touchscreen!

Pretty please with cherries on top! Could we please have the ability to filter by groups and not just sections? Students don't need to see but it will make marking larger cohorts much more pleasant.

In the excitement of it all, we've had the release of the Teacher App. It might already be on the radar but I'm still figuring out how to navigate this community... Our teachers would love the function of audio comments/feedback on the teacher app for assessment. We love the ability to do this on desktop, but obviously, our VE sector do a lot of "on the job" types of marking as well. It would be ideal if teachers could quickly provide audio feedback via the app as well! Comment from Instructure For more information, please read through the Canvas Teacher Release Notes (iOS 1.1) .
