For over 10 years, I've worked on building back-end systems for moving, munging and synchronizing data from one end of the enterprise to the other. When I'm not thinking about all things related to data, educational technology, or when I'll find time to study more statistics, I'm typically sporting some leather bottom shoes on a dance floor somewhere nearby, listening to the likes of Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Artie Shaw, and the generations of musicians that followed in the tradition of swing and jazz.
