I am a dedicated instructional designer with 10+ years’ experience collaborating with instructors / SMEs to creatively design curriculum, meticulously develop online (asynchronous / synchronous) and face-to-face courses (and some initial work on multi-modality/HyFlex course) that incorporate Universal Design principles, meet Section 508 accessibility standards, and reliably support learner-centered outcomes as suggested by Quality Matters and other best practices. Leveraging a strong background in educational technology, I utilize a variety of instructional technologies and elearning platforms to deliver interactive content and train faculty to better their teaching experience, and in turn better the learning experience of their students.
