Can a teacher force submit a student's assessment if they haven't finished an assessment, and they have gone beyond the extended time limit?

Can a single assessment be added to a tracker more than once?  Or is there a way to allow students multiple attempts on a single assessment?

Can a section be unattached or unlinked from a tracker with multiple sections that is linked to a Canvas course without unlinking the entire tracker?

A tracker was created but not linked to a Canvas course and student data from an assessment is in it. Can that assessment and data be merged or added to the tracker that is linked to the Canvas course?
