I have been in education for 24 years, mainly as a senior leader of inclusion, PDBW, safeguarding and quality of education, curriculum and assessment. My roles have included headteacher, school improvement lead, senior vice principal, vice principal and assistant principal. My passion for education comes from an unrelenting and inclusive positive regard for all young people to succeed, irrespective of their starting place.
