Bio:
My name is Katahlia (Kat), and I have four years of experience working with children. I’m passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning environments where every child feels supported and encouraged to grow. I have a strong understanding of numeracy teaching strategies, including modelling, shared, and guided learning, and I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each student.
I’m also knowledgeable about ADHD and its impact on learning, which helps me adapt my teaching methods to support diverse learners. Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment is a top priority for me, and I actively uphold the Victorian Child Safe Standards in all aspects of my work.
I love making learning fun and meaningful, and I’m always looking for new ways to inspire and connect with the children I work with.
