I am a teacher and Instructional Coach at Del Lago Academy. In my 8th year of teaching, I served 5 years as Del Lago's English Department Chair and 3 years as Del Lago's Internship Curriculum Coordinator. I look forward to pursuing further research in innovative learning opportunities to improve the motivation, engagement, and empowerment of historically marginalized scholars. I also hopes to soon return to school to earn a doctorate in educational policy and leadership.
