Originally from Augusta, Ga. I was in the US Air Force for 20 years. I was an Airfield Manager (Base Ops) for all 20 years. Served in Hickam AFB, Shaw AFB, Osan AB, Aviano AB, Edwards AFB and retired out of Osan AB. I deployed 7 times. 3 times in Iraq, twice to Qatar and once to Saudi. After retiring I took a federal job in Airfield Management as a GS11 at Ft. Polk for 1 year. Then decided I wanted to challenge myself at civilian Part 139 airfields. I am now at Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Int'l Airport. I have been here just 2 weeks shy of 1 year.
