Final graders should be able to modify initial graders' work, instead of all initial grading/markups being lost if the moderator changes anything.
Finalized grades should be able to be released student-by-student, instead of having to be released all at once.

2: For the word bank fill-in-the-blank type: Right now, if you have a sentence/passage with 3 blanks, you have to identify optional choices...
Point taken. To be clear, I don't want to take away the ability to release all grades at once. Certainly I can envision times when you want to wait to release grades: midterm and final assessments...
