Bio:
I’ve been a proud member of the Instructure family since 2017, and what a journey it has been! Most of my time has been spent supporting Higher Ed customers in the Customer Success role, where I’ve had the pleasure of working with many amazing institutions on their teaching and learning journeys. Transitioning into the Product Marketing Manager role gives me the opportunity to take what I’ve learned as a CSM and apply it to communicating and bringing our exciting new releases to market.
