I currently serve as a Supervisor in the Department of Teaching and Learning where I oversee the Personalized Learning. I was an elementary Assistant Principal at an Apple distinguished school, where I assisted in the management of an instructional program that included the successful integration of a 1:1 iPad and STEAM program. As an Instructional Technology Coordinator and Staff Development Director, I collaborated with various stakeholders on the integration of instructional technology. Additionally, I was the VSTE Conference Presentations Chair. I currently serve on the VSTE and Learning Forward VA boards
I am a DEN Star, SMART Exemplary Educator, a Google Certified Innovator, a BrainPop Educator and a Flipgrid Educator. In my free time, I enjoy photography, all things Marvel, cooking, wine and BACON.
