Bio:
With over seven years of experience in client services and change management at Instructure, I am passionate about enabling innovation and enhancing learning using technology. I lead a team of client service managers and consultants who provide strategic guidance, training, and support to education institutions across the EMEA region, helping them adopt and optimize the Canvas Learning Management System.
As a PGCE-qualified educator and a certified project manager, I have a strong background in instructional design, staff development, and agile methodologies. I have successfully delivered large-scale change projects involving stakeholder engagement, communication, risk management, and quality assurance. I have also contributed to developing and improving Instructure's products and services based on client feedback and market research. I aim to empower educators and learners with the best tools and practices for online and blended learning.
