We have just had about ⅔ of our profile pictures disappear as well. Anyone have any idea what is happening?

Is there a way to have apps disabled by default in a course? We've added a tutoring app that faculty can use for their course if they want. But as of now, the app is in the "Enabled" area of the Course Settings > Navigation. We want it to default to the "Disabled" section so faculty have to enable it only when they want to allow it for their course. Any ideas on how to do this?

I have a student who clicked on the wrong thing in the Module - resulting in a "Quiz Attempt" even though she immediately backed out and clicked on the proper item. She also notified her professor as soon as it happened. In other every other LMS we've used, we had the ability to delete and attempt. I cannot believe this feature is not available in Canvas - and when I asked for more information, they say items can only be removed if they violate FERPA. We've got to get some traction on this item.
