To add, I had to list my phone under other carrier because straight talk is not listed
I signed up for text notifications on canvas, but it asks for SMS Email and the notifications go through to my email and I never receive a text. How do I fix this?
I'm having this same issue, except my service provider (straight talk) isn't listed so I have to click "other carrier". Does this impact my ability to receive text notifications?
