Hi, I was trying to embed an external tool content inside RCE editor but I am getting a message as shown in attachment. Also I am unable to embed the content into the editor.

Thanks @chriscas for escalating this to developers area.The reason why we want to bring to an external tool is: we are building an external tool named Loree as our own product which empowers educators, learning designers and independent organisations to build web-like course pages and interactive learning experiences in minutes, giving precious time back to focus on what they do best. In our application, we are getting data from Canvas using API's and let the designers/educators to build course page contents. For blueprint course, depending on lock state we have to restrict the content to edit and this is the area we are stuggled to get blueprint data on Modules page. please refer the attachmemnt on how we implemented in pages using API.

Exactly @matthew_buckett . We were able to get the data for pages, assignments and discussions. However, inside modules under module items, we were unable to find any API to get blueprint data.

Problem statement: In current Canvas Studio, it only supports LTI 1.0 and not LTI 1.3. This blocks us to integrate Studio with our third party application like LOREE (Mastedly) from Crystal Delta solutions pvt ltd. Until we get the LTI 1.3 support, we are depending on Access Token based integration which blocks in many scenarios. For example, If I launch studio from Canvas editor, it makes the association with course and studio account collections and this enabled the embed URL. However, if I try the same from third party application, the association is not able to make and the URL shows Undefined. An example URL: https://crystaldelta.instructure.com/courses/1407/external_tools/retrieve?display=borderless&url=undefined Proposed solution: Since the entire LTI security has been upgraded, we are looking for LTI 1.3 configuration for Canvas Studio. So that we can integrate with Third party applications like Loree and from there user can embed media files into course pages. User role(s): admin,instructor,designer

Hi Community, As I understand we have Canvas studio media library that inbults with Canvas account. I came to know that this integratin was done using LTI 1.0. However, I am looking for the integration of LTI 1.3 for canvas studio account. Nowadays all the integrations are moving forward to LTI 1.3 and wondering why Canvas studio is still not supporting that.

Hi @ColtonSwapp , Thank you for sharing the links above. I have already reviewed this and doesn't solve my problem. I am looking for integrate Canvas Studio with one of my third party LTI and need to bring canvas studio media's into there. When I view studio media into another LTI, it was broken due to domain cros origin issues and the limitations.

Hello team, I am an account admin and we have integrated an External LTI 1.3 tool for course page design purpose. When I as a first time user Launching my application from course navigation, I got the Oauth authentication window. Where I was idle for few mins (between 5-10mins) and then I came back to authorize. After click on Authorize button from OAuth window, it throws Internal server error message with blank empty page. Is there any maximum idle time before authorising the LTI 1.3?

@nwilson7 As you suggest to verify the space usage, I just used 9% out of 2.1GB course files. Now, I can sure that it's not because of memory on course files. Also to answer your question, I tried image upload in Chrome 103, Firefox and Safari all are working good.. only issue with Edge browser. - Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am using Microsoft Edge(Version 103.0.1264.71 (Official build) (64-bit) in Windows 10 and trying to upload canvas course images manually to course files. I have tried several image formats like JPG, PNG, SVG,...and all are failed and got an error message as following: Error: Request failed with status code 400. Can I get assistance?

It would be great to support full HTML instead of stripping HTML tags in rich text editor (or) having option to enable/disable from account settings to control the HTML tags handling on rich text editor. Rightnow, we cannot embed any additional stylesheets via the rich text editor and we totally belongs to the Themes that only Admins can manage.

Hi, I would like to check whether any options available on Canvas to track/check the logs on Canvas root/sub-account theme management? When admin's made changes on Account themes, it's hard to track who made the changes.

Hi, I have already integrated an External LTI 1.3 with Canvas LMS and we are struggling to integrate Canvas Studio media into our existing External LTI. We would like to integrate Canvas Studio as LTI 1.3 into our existing external LTI. Is there any integration documents/API documents available for Canvas Studio with proper OAUTH login? I am not seeing any references yet.

We would like to add additional custom styles using CSS-3 parameters.. If we want to add a simple border-radius, we have to go with theme support... In this case, it's hard to manage dynamic border-radius values on different pages. Is there any feature plan that supporting CSS-3 styles on course pages from Rich Text Editor?
