I oversee employee communications & training at an educational travel provider: Academic Travel Abroad. ATA has two divisions--one operates study abroad programs for high school students and undergraduates, the other operates educational tours for adults. ATA is based in Washington, DC. I telecommute from a home office in Grand Rapids, MI. Every couple of months, I travel to DC for some face time with my colleagues. The rest of the time, I rely on technology to connect.
