Thank you, I guess the best option is to do it without tables. The reasoning for using the table was to get them spaced properly. I work around it. Your help is much appreciatedKathy

Thank you all. The problem was actually because the course was a special case and built outside of the standard course dates so it was seeing the wrong end date.
