I just created a quiz but I cannot figure out how to add points. After I saved and published, the quiz is worth zero points

Is it possible to show a title on top a video like this example below. I want "Chicago" to disappear once the video starts to play.

After I upload videos into my Studio, I cannot figure out how to change the name. There is no edit feature to do this, that I can see.
