This innovative position, created during the COVID-19 pandemic, allows her to leverage her skills in supporting students and families with all their technological needs. Nicole collaborates closely with the District Technology Integration Specialist to provide effective professional development for teachers.
Demonstrating her commitment to parental involvement, Nicole co-founded Pike Parent University, a resource hub empowering families to actively support their children's academic success. Her leadership extends to managing the district website and overseeing the building web administrators, ensuring clear and consistent communication across the district.
