The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

Is Canvas aware of this issue? Is there an expected time for each of these to be resolved? The app issue has been ongoing for a few weeks. The Safari issue seems to have started this week.

You might have seen a few other posts and questions around the community over the past week about people not being able to load content from Canvas in their web browsers. Especially for problems that seem to have cropped up in the past week I would recommend checking what version of the various web browsers your users are employing. If their browsers are too old they may no longer be displaying Canvas correctly. You can learn more here.
