I need an urgent help! I've prepared a Canvas Course for my students, and suddenly my password as teacher has been denied by the system, blocking my access. I've asked to reset it but the reply was useless:
"You have requested a password confirmation to log in to Canvas. This adress is associated with the login "102187231847840152024".The password for this login must be provided by system administrators in Free for Teacher, and Instructure has no access to your password. If your password does not work, contact your system administrators""
What does it mean? Who can I speak to sort it out? My whole Course will be lost?
