In this Catalog release, a setting has been added that allows Catalog Administrators to choose to display or hide courses enrolled in outside of Catalog on the student dashboard.
Catalog release notes indicate features and updates that are currently available in the Catalog beta environment. Show Canvas-enrolled Courses on Dashboard
A new setting for the root catalog has been added to allow Catalog Administrators to choose to display or hide courses enrolled in outside of Catalog on the student’s catalog dashboard. When enabled, courses enrolled in outside of Catalog will display on the dashboard. When disabled, only courses enrolled in through Catalog will display on the dashboard. This setting is enabled by default.
