Custom Help Menus created by individual institutions should be accessible to their students, teachers, observers through the Canvas Mobile Apps.
As institutions customize the Canvas Help Menu for an account, it can be frustrating that the customizations do not transfer to the mobile apps. Institutions may want to be able to adjust how "help tickets" are accepted and addressed, or they may want to provide links to specific resources. Because this is possible on the web, the experience should (ideally) be mirrored for mobile.
