Enabling language menu/options in rich text editor

Can Instructure enable the language menu options in the rich text editor in canvas? This will allow for text within modules and quizzes to be marked as the appropriate language, which is essential for screen reader users. Currently this has to be done directly in HTML for the edit fields that use the rich text editor. There are some fields in Quizzes that don't allow for editing the HTML that we seem unable to add appropriate language codes to, such as the question types categorization, matching, and using drop-down choices for "fill in the blank". It would be nice if those had a way to set the language. 

Also, the labels for posts in this forum are quite limited.
