Students showing up in wrong subaccount

I have been looking at the data in the Admin Analytics for our district. When I look at the students who have no activity, many of them are not currently enrolled in courses in the subaccount in question.

Example:

Subaccount: Middle School A, Term: Middle School A 2022-2023

Student 1 shows up as an inactive student for Middle School A. However, Student 1 has been enrolled at Middle School B for the 2022-2023 school year and is not enrolled in any courses at Middle School A. This obviously makes the data harder to sort, as we have to look student by student to see if they are actually enrolled in the school....in most cases, they are not.

Is there a way to fix this so we see only students who are currently enrolled in the school when we select a specific term?

Also, in some cases, the students showing up as inactive have never been enrolled in Middle School A.

You should definitely only see students enrolled in courses related to the current term you've filtered on.
