[ARCHIVED] Able to edit default "Grades" course navigation link to "Assessments" or similar term, please?

As a college that uses narrative evaluation rather than letter grades,

our campus would greatly appreciate the ability to customize this particular course navigation link (at the account-level).

And if this is currently possible, we'd love to know how to make the change, please.
