I'm currently working through Canvas modules and my instructions were to modify a class homepage - I seem to have accidentally imported a home page photo and information from another teacher - on the top- that's me - Norton. On the bottom though, Prof. Dakota Lenz, that's not me. Have I imported a fictitious / stock account that I am to edit or is this really another teacher's home page? How do I undo this?

Unsure of the process that you used, but it looks like everything below the image of an open book is from someone else's materials. Did your instructor provide some "stock" images you could use to edit a home page?
To correct this, I would simply click "Edit" at the top of the page and delete that extraneous content, and start over with whatever the original assignment was. One of the following Chapters in the Instructor Guide will help you in working with the Rich Content Editor depending on which version of the RCE you are using. I would also strongly recommend asking your teacher for help if you think you need it.
