[ARCHIVED] Accordions and Kaltura Videos

When there is an accordion containing several Kaltura videos there have been issues where instructors and students cannot view the videos. How can I find a resolution to his issue?

@DCE-WeilMAdmini If this is occurring in Canvas, we would want to look where this is occurring to see why the users are not seeing the videos. I would suggest to reach out to Canvas Support to be able to look into this for you. If these accordion tabs are created inside HTML, we would need to look at seeing how the page was being created to see if this is being caused by the page design.
