I have been adding audio content but find that sometimes the icons are different is there a reason for this?  I follow the same process of using the Record/Upload media button?

to me, the upper example looks like an audio upload but the lower two (squares) look like video uploads.  I've never tried uploading an audio only file as video, but I'm wondering if that is what happen.  When you select to upload a media file there is a button for Audio and Video upload.  If you selected Video when uploading an audio file that could affect the player that gets used and show the square option like in the 2nd and 3rd example.

I'm having the same issue! It is most definitely an audio recording be made (right there in the RCE itself). The playbox being produced is different now, however. It is MUCH too big. They need to revert to the old playbox.
