[ARCHIVED] Blueprinted Question Banks

Hi, we just blueprinted a course that had a series of question banks included for the final exam. The blueprint create each of these question banks as an unpublished quiz in the new course shell.  This is confusing some of the instructors.  I went into the test instance and deleted these unpublished assignments and it didn't seem to affect the question banks or the final exam to which these banks are linked.  Does anyone know 1. why the quizzes were created? 2.  Is it ok to just delete them from the Assignments page or do they serve some other purpose?

From my experience with Question Banks, you can delete those extra quizzes! I don't know why it does it, but that's just what I've seen happen - its like Canvas is trying to be helpful or something?!
